Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying various areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
